We offer two types of technical support:
1. Phone Tech Support - available from 9am-5pm EST, Mon-Fri. at 401-765-7395. Phone tech support is free with our website packages. Support that cannot be handled by phone or in a reasonable amount of time is considered to be extensive.
2. Extensive/On-Site Technical Support - ProProducts will be happy to send a technician to your facility to help with email, computer, and network related issues. We can schedule a time before or after our regular working hours, to accommodate your needs. We can also train you in any number of software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Office Products, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Contribute and so on. Call for a quote.
