Webmail Support
| Webmail is used to access your email from any computer in the world. Whether you are out of the office or out of town, as long as you can access the internet, you can retrieve your email. Please refer to the following directions to find out how: |
Step 1:
To begin, open a browser window. Then, type your domain name in the address bar replacing the “www” with “webmail”. Example: If your domain name was www.website.com, you would type webmail.website.com. |
Step 2:
The next screen you will see will allow you to type your username and password. Once you type your username and password, press Log In |
Step 3:
Once you have logged in, you can click inbox to see your email messages. |
Step 4:
From this window you can compose a new message, or read the existing email messages. By clicking on an individual email, a new window will open showing you the email you selected along with the options to either reply to the message, or forward it to another email address.
